Artist & Educator in Residence grant program for rental apartment communities.

American Landmark Apartments provides no-cost housing, monthly teaching stipend, and studio space for up to 1 year for select visual or culinary artists. In exchange, grant recipients are responsible for implementing weekly, on-site art programming for their apartment communities.

Art as an Amenity

Since its inception in 2020, our Artist in Residence program has provided unique career opportunities for 10 emerging visual artists and 2 culinary artists across 4 states while developing new platforms for American Landmark’s residents to gather, learn and interact with neighbors.
