American Landmark Apartments provides no-cost housing, monthly teaching stipend, and studio space for up to 1 year for select visual or culinary artists. In exchange, grant recipients are responsible for implementing weekly, on-site art programming for their apartment communities.

Art as an Amenity

Since its inception in 2020, our Artist in Residence program has provided unique career opportunities for 21 emerging visual artists, 8 culinary artists, 4 fitness artists, 2 musical artists (and counting) across 7 states while developing new platforms for American Landmark’s residents to gather, learn and interact with neighbors. We are Excited to now be expanding our programming to prioritize generalized Education programming and tutoring! Please reach out if you are a teacher and wish to participate in this initiative as we expand!
