Isabelle Holland
Isabelle is an artist and art educator from a small town in South Carolina. From fine art to mural work, live event painting, and teaching art to the youth, art is her way of life. Isabelle’s art style is maximalist, bold, and colorful, often with elements of imagination and hidden meaning. She does not believe in her work being cohesive, so you’ll likely see her painting very different compositions from one series to another. “As I evolve, so does my expression.”
She was Art Student of the Year at her University where she earned a degree in Technology Arts. From there, she went on to teach art in low-income public schools across South Carolina, earning Teacher of the Year. She has taught kids ranging from kindergarten to high school and from every background. Throughout her teaching, she has found a love for using art therapeutically to break through emotional and relational barriers and build impactful one-on-one relationships. Her mission is to help people of all ages, demographics and backgrounds find their “superpower" and gifts so that they can live in freedom and confidence, whatever their gifts may be. She believes there is intrinsic value in doing things “just for joy” and that all people can enjoy and connect through artistic expression - process over product. Teaching art combines her passion for art and her mission to connect with people, and she believes that “people” are her art, and art is her “brush.”
