Autumn Guzman is a passionate culinary artist specializing in baking and nutrition, making history as Palmetto Pointe’s first-ever culinary Artist in Residence. Her journey into nutrition was inspired by her personal experience with unexplainable health challenges, leading her to explore ways to create delicious, allergy-friendly foods that taste just as amazing as the "real thing."
Determined to bridge the gap between health-conscious eating and great flavor, Autumn perfected her favorite recipes at home and is now excited to share them with the community. Whether through baking or cooking, she brings creativity and care to every dish, proving that mindful eating can be both nourishing and indulgent.
